Jay Cross - Research Associate

Jay is an internationally recognised e-learning authority. He has challenged conventional wisdom about how adults learn since designing the first business degree program offered by the University of Phoenix thirty years ago. Jay, who coined the term eLearning, has co-authored Implementing eLearning, founded Internet Time Group, served as CEO of eLearning Forum for its first five years, and writes a column on effectiveness for CLO magazine. He is the author of Informal Learning: Rediscovering the Natural Pathways that Inspire Innovation and Performance (Pfeiffer, October 2006). An internationally acclaimed strategist, speaker, and designer of corporate learning and performance systems, Jay is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School. Jay Cross heads the Internet Time Group, based in Berkeley, California.

Jon Ingham - Research Associate

Jon is a human capital management (HCM) specialist with nearly 20 years experience in HR consulting. He has worked in the UK and Europe as an HR Director for Ernst & Young and as a consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He has a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Engineering and an MBA. A popular writer, speaker and course tutor, Jon has also delivered courses in Strategic Management to business school MBA students. He is a Member of the BPS, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA and a Certified Management Consultant. Jon is a director in Human Capital Consulting with Buck Consultants and also consults via Strategic Dynamics Consultancy Service Ltd.
